Spring lamb, asparagus & tender pink rhubarb
Laura Nightingale from The Surrey Advertiser sampled some of the dishes on our new Spring menu, finding her dish of grilled fillet of Cornish mackerel, poached rhubarb, rocket and rhubarb dressing a perfectly light starter ahead of what she’d chosen for her main course – steak and chips.
